Interview Ready — The Nigerian Job Seeker's System
You've been applying. You're qualified. And yet — silence. No interview calls. No feedback. Just the frustration of watching less qualified people get hired while your applications disappear. The problem is not you. It is your system. And this course fixes it. Interview Ready is a complete, step-by-step job search system built specifically for the Nigerian market. It takes you from sending CVs into silence to getting interview calls — in 2 to 4 weeks. What you'll build across 6 modules: Module 1 — Mindset reset & job search audit: Identify exactly why your applications haven't been working and fix your approach before building anything new. Module 2 — CV that gets shortlisted: Rebuild your CV using ATS rules, impact-driven bullet points, and Nigerian recruiter standards — with 3 done-for-you templates included. Module 3 — LinkedIn profile that attracts recruiters: Optimise all 7 key sections so you show up in recruiter searches and convert profile views into conversations. Module 4 — Strategic job searching in Nigeria: Learn where real jobs are beyond Jobberman, build a target company tracker, and apply with precision instead of volume. Module 5 — Networking that actually works: Activate your existing contacts, access the hidden job market, and get referrals — using 10 done-for-you outreach scripts. Module 6 — Interview preparation & offer closing: Walk into any Nigerian interview prepared — with answers to the 10 most common questions, the STAR method, and a word-for-word salary negotiation script. Who this is for: Nigerian job seekers at any experience level — fresh graduates, mid-level professionals, and career changers — who are tired of sending applications into silence and want a system that actually produces interview calls.

This is one of the most useful career books I have read that really feels relevant to the Nigerian job market. I like the LinkedIn and networking part. It shows you what to say and how to approach people without sounding desperate.
Very informative. This should be compulsory for all Nigerian university final year class.
Straight to the point, no long talk. I liked that it addressed things like how to answer 'expected salary' questions without underselling yourself.
No be only theory, the author included real templates and scripts you can copy and use immediately. That's what I like about it.
Finally, a career book that understands the Nigerian job market! Most of these guides are written for the American system. This one gets it.
I got my first tech job after following the networking strategies in this book. Reached out to 3 people on LinkedIn using the exact template provided and one of them referred me.
I recommend this to every NYSC corper I meet. The salary negotiation chapter alone is worth more than what I paid for the whole book.
Good book overall. The interview prep tips are solid, though I wish there was more content specific to fresh graduates like me. Still worth the money.
Very helpful material. I highly recommend. It teaches alot about job hunting in Nigeria.
One of the standout thing about this material was the fact that it’s unique to Nigeria. Even the job board list on Module 4 featured websites that were totally new to me, and not just only the regular Jobberman/LinkedIn websites.
Content is great. The CV module is strong
Solid course overall. Would still recommend, just manage expectations if you’re not a total beginner.
This material is good. The salary negotiation part alone in module 6 is worth every Naira
