Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Reldix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Digital Product Store

We provide a marketplace for high-quality digital assets. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or professional projects as specified in the product description.

Refund Policy: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered if the file is proven to be defective.
Prohibited Use: You may not redistribute, resell, or sub-license our digital products without explicit written permission.

3. Affiliate Marketing Program

Our affiliate program allows users to earn commissions by promoting our products and expanding the network. Participation is subject to the following rules:

Startup Fee: To ensure high-quality partnerships and system sustainability, a non-refundable Startup Fee is required upon registration as an affiliate. This fee covers administrative setup, portal access, and the unique promo code generation.

Identity Consistency & Payouts: For security and fraud prevention, the Full Name provided during registration must exactly match the Bank Account Name used for payouts. Once an account is verified, name changes are strictly prohibited to protect against unauthorized fund withdrawals.

4. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned through two primary methods:

Direct Sales: Earn a percentage of the purchase price when a customer uses your unique promo code.
Network Referrals: Earn a fixed recruitment commission when a new user joins the affiliate program using your referral code.

We reserve the right to audit or withhold commissions if fraudulent activity, such as self-referrals or "spam" marketing, is detected.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our security protocols or community standards.

6. Modifications to Service

Reldix reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or product pricing at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
